| General Information: All orders are shipped F.O.B. - Blairs, VA (USA) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2010 ORDERS MUST BE $25.00 OR MORE TO BE ACCEPTED AND FURTHER PROCESSED. IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WITH A ORDER ID# AND IT IS NOT $25.00 OR MORE WHEN RECEIVED BY OUR COMPANY IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Orders are shipped complete whenever possible. We do not ship backorders for items out of stock unless they are pre-paid for. All orders will be shipped by one of the following manners (PREPAID by VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL No credit cards are processed over the internet. We process after your order has been filled and weighed so we can calculate your shipping charges. We will send you an email notification of the total charge to your credit card when your order is ready to be shipped. A NOTE REGARDING EMAIL: If your e-mail provider utilizes a bulk e-mail folder or spam filtering software and you have not received the e-mail, please check your bulk e-mail folder. | Shipping: United States Postal Service (hereinafter referred to as USPS) is our preferred shipping method (i.e., Priority, First Class, Express Mail (EMS). WE WILL NOT SHIP FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THESE SHIPMENTS ARE LOST. IF PRIORITY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOUR AREA, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER BY EMS. We ship "Priority" unless otherwise noted. If your order is small and will ship in a bubble mailer at a lesser postage rate, we will ship your order this method. If we will be shipping glass, (beads, color magic enamels, crystals, rhinestones etc.) even though a small order, we prefer Priority for your protection from shipping damages. We can only instruct carriers to deliver your parcel to the shipping address. We are not allowed to instruct the mail carrier to leave parcels on porches, behind fences etc. If you wish the SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ARE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER TOTAL AND ARE NOT FREE! Overnight shipping is not made available to us by the Postal Service for our area. In most cases, we can offer overnight shipping by UPS in the US. We do not ship by UPS or FEDEX when shipping out of the US. If you request UPS Shipping (for US customers only), please advise which of the following you prefer: 1. UPS Next Day Air Early AM (most expensive for overnight) WE CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES for all US Shipments! | Delivery Time: Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 days after receipt if received during normal hours of operation

| Insurance: All orders will include Insurance for customers protection, unless order is shipped out of The United States. If you do not want insurance, please specify when ordering. All orders shipped out of the states are shipped without insurance as it is not available unless your order is shipped by USPS Priority International or EMS Shipping. If you would prefer insurance, please add this to our comment section of our order form. All USPS shipments in the US will include Delivery Confirmation so we will be able to track your order once it leaves our facility. SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ARE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER TOTAL AND ARE NOT FREE. Please understand....once your order leaves our facility, we have NO CONTROL OVER IT. If you feel that your shipment is delayed in arriving, please check with your local post office. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE. MANY TIMES CUSTOMS WILL HOLD THE PACKAGE UNTIL SOMEONE REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT IT. IF NOT CLAIMED, IT MAY-OR-MAY-NOT BE RETURNED TO US. IF RETURNED TO US, WE WILL EMAIL YOU LETTING YOU KNOW THAT IT HAS BEEN RETURNED. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF HAVING THE PACKAGE RE-SHIPPED (AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE), OR HAVE THE ORDER REFUNDED (WITHOUT SHIPPING COST) TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT SOURCE. We can, however, assist you in recovering your lost or damaged shipments. Both USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) have guidelines for processing claims. | Returns: No items can be returned without contacting Costume Jewelry Supplies in advance for a return authorization #. This Return Authorization # MUST be written on the package or inside contents or the return will not be honored. When a return authorization # is given, return must be received at our office within 7 days from the date of the return authorization # given. Items "ordered in error" must be returned at the customer's expense and subject to a 15% restocking charge. AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2010 ORDERS MUST BE $25.00 OR MORE TO BE ACCEPTED AND FURTHER PROCESSED. IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WITH A ORDER ID# AND IT IS NOT $25.00 OR MORE WHEN RECEIVED BY OUR COMPANY IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. No "In House Credits" or Exchanges will be honored if return is received 14 days from "ship date" on your invoice and does not have a return authorization # on the package and/or copy of invoice. Items sent back after the 14 day ship date on your invoice and without a return authorization # will be disposed of and no In House Credit or Exchange is provided. Postage is to be paid by customer for the return, and reshipment, in the event of a exchange or a shipment returned to us due to incorrect shipping address. Shipping and handling charge are not refundable. NOTE: Glue, Paint, Books, Kits, Mixed Bag Items, Tools or any material that has been altered from it's original state

| Shortages: Each order is physically checked prior to shipping. Any claim of shortage must be reported within three days of receipt of goods.

| Breakage: A Claim should be made to your local USPS office immediately upon receipt "If Insured". Noticeable carton damage at the time of delivery should be noted on the delivery slip. Please save original shipping cartons and packing materials for USPS inspection. Costume Jewelry Supplies should be notified that USPS has been contacted and given the details regarding the breakage so that arrangements can be made to replace the damaged goods. Items will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
